The saga of the pups 116

It has been a little challenging week for the pups. Not being able to do our routine for a couple of days has kind of created a little bump in our routine. It has been such great weather we did compensate for the loss of playing with a couple of hours walks with the pups. It not only consisted of walking to the field but also having them playing and running around. It was funny to watch them doing that. Again, Loulou was running after everyone, while Dottie was leading, at times, the pack. It was a slow week, but it …

Our lives

Picking up back on where we are, how inspired we can be and what makes us want to co-create. We can always inspire ourselves, raising our energies to become limitless. It takes faith, determination and willpower. We all have dreams and inspirations; we can be limitless if we are breaking free. It is challenging enough when we are not in control of everything. We are here to learn to gather our power and focus that energy on creating something magical. Living is hard enough; we are never in control of our outer conditions. We might feel invisible at times to …

To my friend Djearadj Arlapa

I am writing this blog today because I want to pay tribute to my friend of 20 years, to my brother in spirit. Djearadj Arlapa was my friend, my rock, my lifeline. We have known each other for 20 years. He had a heart of gold. A person you would trust and stay by his side until death do us part. And this is exactly what happened, I was recording my podcast yesterday when I received an email from his email address. I was surprised to see it because he would never send me any emails. We always spoke on …

Spiritual Leaders

I had a blast yesterday with my friend Kamahana. It was such a beautiful moment we spent together. I love to listen to Kamahana speaking about the Hawaiian culture and history. It was such a wonderful moment, because I had such a great time with him. I decided to have him come every couple of weeks so we could bathe into the Hawaiian world. It is also so empowering for people who want to visit the islands to know all about them. It gives a better appreciation when you visit the islands. The perspective we might have will change in …

The saga of the pups 115

It is still cold outside -2F not what you would like to read, I can’t wait for tomorrow we are going to be up to 32F. I love it because the pups need to be running around, we have a backyard to do that however they only can stay a few minutes at the time. So, to entertained themselves Loulou is going full crazy on Mac. The poor boy had no way to escape this little guy. Loulou is like an acrobat! Seriously he loves to jump like a flying squirrels he can glide on the snow. He has built …

Cleaning house

It has been going slow lately. I would say since Mercury Retrograde; we have to be patient. The full moon is right around the corner so this should bring more energy. It might be a great boost actually. Still doing some cleaning up in my personal and business life as well. This is part of what is an added value and what it is not. From time to time, we are faced with the challenges of going through our own clean up. It does happen when we need to leave room for new things to come into our lives. I …

Cat-erpillar of opportunity

Reminding ourselves opportunities are always around us. This is why we have to open our eyes and see them. I am always amazed to see what surrounds us. From an opportunity of a lifetime for a job. To a great planned vacation or a last minute one. I love to be surprised in a good way. It is always fun to be open to the creative world of wonders. I have learned to go with the flow and becoming weightless in the world of madness. Rising above uncertainty and letting the world of the Universe bathe us in pure and …

Saga of 114

We had a lot of fun with the pups this weekend, they went and ran around the backyard full of snow. We saw mummy Molly as well, yes, if you do not know who Mummy Molly is, she is the other mama that will deal with the pups while I am gone. We decided to have a confusing day for the pups. Each time they see her is when I am gone so imagine the two of us in the same room kind of confusing them. They were happy to see her until we decided to take out the nail …

We got this!

As the day is winding down, I am looking at how beautiful the sky is. A beautiful blue sky with the outline of the trees a glorious yellow. I love cold weather for the purity of the sky. Always amazing to see, Loulou is trying to dominate Dottie. I can hear both of their jaws snapping as Loulou is expressing his frustration. Dottie is toying with him, and the boy cannot get the upper hand. So, he is whining which is funny to watch and hear. I have spent a lot of time inside with all of them and it …

The landscape of our lives

Dealing with a narcissist can be extremely challenging, especially when their reality is far-fetched. Being out of their own space and mind. The most interesting part is that they should be studied like lab rats. So much to learn from someone that is very weird, not the same as most people. No remorse, even an ounce of empathy in their blood. I found we have taken too much advantage of the animal species. It would be nice if we start to observe how we act amongst each other. It is always easy to look at others and point our fingers …
