Feeling the changes in my life like the fall weather coming upon us. I am inspired or should I say, my spirit is on fire. I am ready to co-create my next experience. Life has been interesting.
I am in the flow with the universe that brings everything full circle. From a house that needed a new update to my own skill sets to finally get everything done and to continue working for my clients on life coaching.
It has been an interesting year, moving from a pandemic state of mind to adapting to our new life, it has been an adventure on its own. Spending more time with the pups.
Teaching Miss Dot to not freak out when I leave the house. It has been a great challenge but also seeing her coming out of her shell and becoming whole has been wonderful.
We still have some work to do, but it has been a great ride with both of them. Thinking how crazy it was just a year ago, trying to get them settled was an adventure on its own.
Mac was easy going, Miss Dot not so much; it took time and a lot of patience for us to get where she is now. People do not understand when you are adopting a pet that possibly they might have gone through so much.
It takes a lot of work to help them, it is not a fifteen-minute project but a lifelong project. Often people do not have the understanding and will return a dog or cat back to the shelter at the first sign of trouble.
When you are sticking with them you are going to be surprised how life gets easier. I have no regrets, but I must say I had a lot of challenges at the beginning. I am still not done with Miss Dot for sure, but at least we are on the right path and she has calmed down a lot. She loves her mama very much.
They are worthy for sure, there are no dull moments in my world because of them.
