Controlling our emotions can be challenging, but when you are acting out of control, you are not helping your spirit neither your outer conditions. Life is a journey that can push you over the edge but if you learn to control your energies you can modify your outer condition.
It is not easy, but we need to learn to lean on the universe, some of our life lessons can be extremely painful. It might seem unfair when we are felling under attack from everywhere. Trying to live our life and get by everyday while we are feeling the pressure from our outer condition. We need to find the silver lining, we need to find the high hope and bring positivity into our lives.
From a word of kindness to feeling the love from someone from our circle of light. We need to be able to detach ourselves from the current situation we are in. we need to be able to step back and assess where the opening is for us to move forward.
Let the energy of anger disappear letting only the energy of peace back in our bodies. Each time we are losing in it, we are hurting our body. We are damaging our organs we are creating unnecessary stress.
We should learn to ground ourselves being whole again. Let the breathing fill us with oxygen so we can relax.
We need to observe our patterns instead of going on auto pilot when we are ready to lose control emotionally, we should stop ourselves in our own tracks. When we are doing that, we are shifting our outer condition.
It might take some practice to do that but when we start to change our patterns, we are opening the door for a better life. We are actually starting to change our lives for the better, we are teaching our children a more positive way of how to control their energies.
