Our vision board

VisionHave you created your vision board? If so, what are your priorities for this year?

We need to make sure we are taking care of ourselves. Taking some time each week for yourself, learning to recharge our batteries so we can be fully available for our loved ones.

Also, are we looking at finding love or a new job? Do you have this listed on your board?

How about keeping in touch with our friends? Too many times we are spending our days just running around, by the time we are done we are too exhausted to do something.

Why not start a new tradition by seeing our friends at least once a month for a dinner or an afternoon of fun? It helps to stay connected with them, to ground ourselves but also learn to share stories. Getting some advice when we need it or just to have a good laugh.

Learning to release our stress should be part of what we should be focusing on this year. As you all know we are impacting our body each time we are under stress. Why not learn how to work with your energies to avoid being sick. Keeping our spirit light and energy level high.

How about taking vacations? I know some of you might say I do not have the money too many bills to pay but instead of turning negative and adding more obstacles in your life, why not imagine you are taking some well-deserved vacation all paid and ask the universe to co-create with you? You might be winning a trip, or someone could call you out of the blue asking you to join them full expenses paid for a few days?

If you are not starting to use your imagination and co-create how can you learn to make the impossible possible? There are some many possibilities in this world, we can accomplish so much if we only believe and dream.

Take the time to do your vision board this year, you have nothing to lose but everything to win for.
