Trying to find our life’s purpose can sometimes feel like the challenge of a life time when you are capable of doing anything and everything. You can be called a “Jack of all trades”, but deep in your heart you’re only learning those skills that would be of use later in your life when you have finally opened your heart to let your spirit speak to you.
Some individuals can see you as “unstable” or someone who cannot stand still. But in fact, you are starting to gather information and forge your own path by learning as much as you can along the way.
Not everyone would explore or inquire outside of their own lane afraid it is not their job to expand their horizon.
When you are open to learn what the world has to offer and share, you are opening your mind and start to see the bigger picture. Opening your mind and learning from others can open the doors to amazing opportunities.
We are not sheep or lambs that should blindly follow one person’s direction but instead we should be questioning what we are doing.
A society will not evolve if we are only one dictatorship, but instead, if we are capable of sharing ideas and vision, we can help move this world to a better place. But we need to be able to do that freely not fearing any retaliation. This should apply as well in the corporate world.
Ideas can come from the least person you would expect when you are open to listen to everyone. A successful company is not based solely on the leaders that are setting the direction and goals, but they should also let their employees become an active part of the solution by opening the door to suggestions.
The greatest discoveries were made by people who were in perfect symbiosis or we could call it by “accident” or perfect synchronicity. When all the pieces of the puzzle are fitting perfectly.
When you are opening yourself to be curious and eager to learn what others are doing, you gain a better perspective of how the company works.
Why not start today to be curious and inquisitive in your own life?
