Being honest with ourselves

decision Moving through life can be challenging especially when you are not working with the Universe but leading with your ego.

Life takes us on many different paths that we are not expecting. From employment that doesn’t fulfilled anymore to a relationship that is falling apart.

We need to learn to be honest with ourselves. Instead of continuing to be like an ostrich putting our head into the sand hoping the situation will disappear. But this is not going to happen.

Facing what we have in front of us is what we need to do. Trying to avoid it or ignore it will not make it go away, instead we need to go back to basics.

How do we go back to basics? Most people will deal with the issue ahead of them, but some will refuse to step in, afraid to accept the reality. From leaving a job that does not make them happy.

It could also be a relationship that has run its course or a friendship with someone who is always spending their time dragging you down or criticizing you, but always adding the words “I am joking, or I am teasing.” Having to deal with those words coming toward you like a snake that would like to bite you over and over. It is actually called “snake medicine”.

It could be your personal relationship with your mate, feeling you are pulling away from each other. Realizing you are not meant to be together but instead ignoring it or taking a lover on the side, maybe face the reality it is time for you to part ways. Perhaps it is time for each of you to have a real chance to meet the person you are meant to be with.

We need to stop avoiding the obstacles or challenges that are facing us but instead open our heart and be honest on what we need to do for our highest good and the highest good of everyone.

Spending your time being resentful at a job you absolutely dislike or a mate you are not in love with, does not help you. Do the right thing for yourself.
