Moving into the right direction

lifeSometimes it is nice to take detours on our journey, when we need a well deserve break or getting away for a couple of days from the chaos in our lives.

In order to do that we can take a short vacation up north or flyaway to another destination. But if we cannot do that we can find ways to feel like we are on vacation. From staying in a bed and breakfast for a couple of days or spending a couple of hours at a spa. Trying some different activities that will make us learn something new. There are different venues and ideas we can explore these days and they are at the tip of our fingers.

But to be on vacation we need to unplug from our devices and go rogue for a little while. Just going back to basics. Enjoying a little detour that can help us to recharge our batteries. Feeling we are far away on an island.

Every now and then we should learn to take some breaks, enjoying playtime for ourselves.  We are so busy in our lives we are forgetting to play. To finally unwind and appreciate where we are, before we are ready to continue on our journey.

We should appreciate what we have, be grateful of the life we are living regardless of the outer conditions. Always remember the Universe is always by our side even if at times we feel we have been forgotten.

Miracles are happening to us every day we need to recognize them and acknowledge we are co-creating with the Universe. We are not alone but what we are doing impacts everyone. We can be at times selfish, learning to take care of us first, before we can help others.

If we are not recharging our batteries how can we help each other?   How can you make the shift that is needed to continue on your journey?

Take some time each day for yourself even if it’s only 10 minutes.
