How to stay open to see opportunities

HopeOne thing we can forget when we are too busy putting out fires at work or at home is seeing the bigger picture. Being able to see opportunities that can arise from a setback or a win. Our lives can be like a game of chess it depends where all the pieces are on the board.

We can, if we are not too careful, miss opportunities when we are letting our ego lead the game. On the other hand, if we are not moving any of the pieces but sitting waiting for something to happen, we could be missing great opportunities to change our lives for the better.

We need to do the steps and the work to get what we want or what is the best for our highest good. Not everything will ever be given to us on a silver platter, but we need to experience to have our spirit mature.

Each of our experiences is a projection of our thoughts, we need to keep ourselves grounded and positive in order to avoid the raging river. But sometimes we need to face it in order to move on to the next leg of our journey.

If we are not willing to do the work, the Universe will try to push us to do it. Yes, you read that correctly, we are here on a mission and our mission is to fulfill what our spirit has chosen before we came here.

It can be difficult for some of us to grasp that concept, but our spirit needs to mature in order to move on to the next level. Everyone has a different path some have an easy road and some not so much.

Looking at opportunities when you are in a middle of a setback can be challenging but if you take the time to step back and reassess the situation, you may be able to see the silver lining.  Therefore, because you were not on the right path you had to experience that setback. Taking the time to learn from those setbacks will help you to avoid the same mistakes again. It is a great way but at times a difficult way to learn our lessons
