Are we really paying attention to our surrounding?

I am going to start today with a story.

I was in the grocery store that is currently in the process of being remodeled. Signs have been posted near the old bakery indicating to customers it has moved. As I am watching people are not reading any signs but instead asking employees if the bakery is closed. I am amazed how many people will not even bother to read the signs.

If you are not looking at your surroundings, you may not be actually hearing or seeing signs that are sent to you. For example, if you are not being promoted but stuck in a position you have outgrown, the Universe is sending you messages it is time for you to move on, to experience something new. But instead of listening you are ignoring the signs. It could be a disadvantaged to obliviate them, you are not going to progress in your journey. You are not feeling happy and are becoming stagnant in your job. Is it really what you want? Do you feel you can do better? If so, maybe start to look at your situation closely. Explore what is available around you, if you cannot move up or laterally in your company, it is probably time to explore other opportunities that could fulfill you. Continuing to learn but most of all not feeling trapped in a dead-end job.

It is always easier to put our head in the sand and ignore the signs around us then to accept the situation as it is and make a move that will bring you more joy and happiness. We always must have faith when we are ready to make changes in our lives. The Universe is always watching over us for our best interests.

The unknown is scary but at the same time exciting. Moving on to a new place seeing it as a graduation. Now you have successfully fulfilled your mission.
