I do not carry the weight of the world on my shoulder!

shouldersWe need to be aware when we are starting to act like we are carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders.

I have seen too many people walking defeated, their shoulders were down. When asked what was wrong they were complaining about everything and anything.

While I was engaging with them in a conversation, I was starting to deconstruct their perceptions about their lives. They started to stand up straight, they were starting to gain clarity in their lives. Their Ego wasn’t running the show anymore. Instead their spirits were finally able to speak freely. They started to realize they did not need to take on everyone else’s problems.

Instead they needed to simply listen to their mates and friends. Also communicating with their mates that would allow them to open an honest flow of communication and be heard.

It is extremely challenging when the flow of communication is not happening in a relationship.

How we can perceive a situation is different from one person to another. By communicating we can close the gap between everyone. It takes time and patience to do that, but we need to understand we do not need to carry our mates on our shoulders. Instead of trying to fix everything for them we need to learn to let them do it. We can be supportive of them during the process, but we need to let them grow at their own pace.

Life is always simpler when we leave some space for everyone to grow.

I have a simple exercise for you to do each morning. Stand in a room, close your eyes.

Extend your arms straights at shoulder level and say “I am not stuck between a rock and a hard place”

Extend your arms down like your pushing something down and say “I am pushing down the rising tides”

Lift your arms up in the air and say “I do not carry the weight of the world on my shoulders”

Extend your arms in front of you and say “I can see you better over there”

Finally put your hands on your shoulders and pushed them back and say “So get off my back”

This is a simple exercise that will help you to extend your own energy field. It will help you to keep everyone else’s energy out of your own body. This should help you during your day.
