How to be more in tune with the Universe

peaceWe can stay in tune with the Universe when we are grounded.
We need to stay authentic with our spirits, we can easily lose our focus when we are navigating the river that is our journey.

How can we keep our faith when in a moment our life can be turned upside down?
Walking the earth is not an easy task to do every day.
We are here for a reason; this reason is to experience life. Good, bad or ugly as the experiences are we must stay in tune with the Universe.
It can take a lot of energy to not lose faith.

We can often ask ourselves, why?
Why is this happening, not understanding why we cannot see our happy ending.
We can spend a life time to seek peace and joy.
But we need to remind ourselves, we are not alone.
We can lean on the Universe to help us.

We need to become an observer to see what exactly had just happened.
Being able to notice the help from the Universe.
Able to hear our inner voice guiding us, in some subtle way out of the darkness.
How can we archive that when everything is spinning around us, feeling helpless we cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel.

We need to be able to breathe. Let the healing begin by surrendering to the Universe.
Having a conversation with the Universe in a loud voice.

Taking a walk outside will help you to release your stress.
Even if you only spend five to ten minutes outside, you will be able to fill your lungs with fresh air.
Clearing your mind for a moment.
Taking the time to meditate for a few minutes each day.
Incorporate a little dance while listening to your favorite song.

You can reconnect with the Universe by laughing, watching your favorite movie will help you to focus on something else.
Leaving your problems behind for a moment.

You can also quiet yourself by being silent, turning all the distractions off like TV, radio and smartphones. While doing that just focus on your breathing. Close your eyes and focus your attention on your third eye. You should be able to see the deep blue chakra if you stay focused, you could see your third eye looking straight back at you.

Take the time for yourself, you have so much to give and receive from the Universe. You should be able to see the miracles unfolding in front of you.
