Thoughts are extremely powerful, what you are repeating in your head will become a life experience.
I have been working with clients on how to create their own magic.
What do I mean by that? Quite often when speaking with someone instead of hearing positive thoughts, what comes out of their mouth is negativity, under mining their own spirit. For example, have you ever said the following, “I am not good at…. (fill in the blanks), I will never be rich, I am not smart enough, I will never win at….” (fill in the blanks).
Often people do not realize, as children they were conditioned by their parents’ thoughts, then after by their teachers. They believed what they heard. If a parent is praising their children, quite often these children will excel at school. But often you can have parents sending negative messages to their children without realizing how it impacts them.
In order to change, you need to create your own magic. How do you do that? By reprogramming your brain, your behavior. First things first, create your own mantras with positive affirmations. You can use your phone to record them or write it on paper. Read them out loud first thing in the morning than every couple of hours during the day and at night, before going to bed.
Watch your thoughts, you need to listen to your thoughts. Instead of letting negative thoughts take over your mind, you need to switch them, using the mantra you created or reverse them. For example, if you are going to say, “I hate my job, this company is horrible” switch to “I love my job, I am sending love to everyone in the company”.
By doing so you are stopping yourself from sending negativity to the Universe and experiencing it even more. You can also add the following “While I am sending love to everyone in the company, I have found my dream job and moved on to a new company”. This way you not only send positive energy to yourself and the company you are currently working for, but also sending a message to the Universe you are now ready to experience positive situations in your life.
It takes 30 days to fully introduce a new behavior to your brain. The challenging part is watching your thoughts, when you master that, then it will get easier for you to introduce new positive experiences into your life. You can create your own magic. You just must believe. Do not create what you want but create what you believe in.
