You do not need to be rude!

rudeWhen you go to a store or interact with employees that are in the retail world, do not take your frustration out on them. They should not be targeted because you had a long day, or your boss was not pleased with your work.

When shopping   in the middle of the night to get groceries, you should expect a team to be working to replenish the shelves, or the cleaning crew could be blocking the aisles to wax the floors. Also, some items may have been sold during the day, do not expect all of them to be on the shelves until the next order is placed.

Being rude, barking at workers or abusing them verbally will not help you. When you are upset, you need to take the time to step back. Learn to breathe deeply until you can ground yourself and the frustration goes away. By doing a little simple breathing exercise, you are going to shift your state of anger/negativity to a state of peace and grace.

Many individuals are not controlling their tempers. We need to be able to interact with strangers in a calm and respectful manner.

We are living in a society that adds pressure on us to perform our job well. Stress has become the new norm for some companies. Destroying the well-being of their employees. You need to be able to transform those feelings. I know you are going to ask me why? You are not only hurting the individual you are abusing by sending them negative energies but also yourself.

Each time you are projecting negativity towards someone it will come back to you in some shape or form that will be even worse. If you look back at the last time you were angry, can you figure out afterwards perhaps a day, a week or a month later, if something more unpleasant happened to you?

We can lose our temper at times, but it should not be an excuse to go after someone just to try to feel better. A good walk, run or meditation will help you to channel it. Snake medicine applies to everyone, soon or later you will have a taste of your own medicine until you change your habits.
